Cristhian De La Paz is a Design Associate at MLS Engineering, having joined the firm in 2025. He earned a Bachelors in Civil Engineering from Trine University and became professionally licensed in 2025. He has been working in the industry since 2019. Outside of his engineering work, Cristhian is the father of Nolan and Lydia De La Paz. He and his family are members of Central Ministries. His recent professional licensure and dedication to design make him a promising member of the MLS Engineering team.
